(February 6th, 1902 – November 10th, 1994) was a Jewish trial lawyer and senior partner of the law firm Phillips, Nizer, Benjamin, Krim & Ballon. The son of Joseph and Bella Nizer, Nizer was born in London, before coming to the United States as a child. The infamous book “Germany Must Perish” by Jew Theodore Kaufman was published in early 1941 and advocated exterminating the German people by means of mass sterilization. This book was reviewed favourably in Time Magazine in March 1941 as well as in the New York Times and other papers. Less well known is the fact that Louis Nizer, published a similar demand for the extermination of the German people by mass sterilization, in 1944, entitled, “What To Do With Germany”. Nizer was also vocal about supporting Jewish constructs.
