Arthur James Balfour
One of the major figures responsible for centralising world Jewish domination and terror (the Balfour Declaration) became Prime Minister of the United Kingdom in 1902, were he crossed paths with Lenin during his first visit to London and Theodore Herzl organiser of the first Jewish congress that took place in 1897 of which The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion are said to be the minutes.
