The Scofield Reference Bible
The Scofield Reference Bible is a widely circulated Zionist indoctrination tool edited and annotated by the American conman and criminal Cyrus I. Scofield. First published in 1909 by Oxford University Press the Scofield Reference Bible is not just another translation of the King James Bible that subverts minor passages a little at a time but radically changes the context of the King James Version. The concept of the Scofield Bible was to re-write the King James Version of the Bible by inserting Zionist-friendly notes in the margins, between verses and chapters, and on the bottoms of the pages. It was designed to create a subculture around a new worship icon, the modern State of Israel, a state that did not exist at the time of publication, but which was already on the drawing boards of the committed, well-funded authors of World Zionism. The Oxford University Press owned “The Scofield Reference Bible” from the beginning, as indicated by its copyright and through Jewish lawyer Samuel Untermyer’s introduction Scofield received financial backing from numerous Jewish Zionist leaders including Samuel Gompers, Fiorello LaGuardia, Abraham Straus, Bernard Baruch and Jacob Schiff for his trips to Oxford and publication and distribution of his concordance.
